The stay at Oakwood was quite pleasant with well-maintained and clean rooms. The staff were exceptionally helpful, especially in assisting with work-related requests. The location was convenient, providing easy access to nearby BTS stations, which was perfect for my commuting needs.

Being on the entrance level meant dealing with no view, which was disappointing. The furniture in the suite felt unclean, particularly the pillows that looked and smelled dirty, potentially causing issues like insect bites. Additionally, the washing machine's noise disruption made it hard to enjoy a peaceful atmosphere. Breakfast options were notably poor, lacking variety and quality, which left much to be desired for a hotel of this caliber.
